Try and get one or two public speaking events a month, go to social networking meetings, give out your business card, meet people, tell them about your clinic and network.

Call 3 or 4 local chamber of commerce offices, find the ones that

a) Have the most members

b) Can offer you a public speaking engagement

c) Offer the most support, encouragement and tools to promote your business

d) Host the most networking events.

Join the chamber, and be active in it. The results will surprise you, the benefits are exponential. You will wake up one fine day and have more work that you can handle.
