The Patient’s Point of View

At a marketing conference in Connecticut, I bumped into a good friend of mine, Geo Derice. Geo, aside from being a motivational speaker, is a marketing expert based in NY. To gain some insight on how to further a physical therapy business, I asked him “How can physical therapists identify with patients better, and what can they tweak in their business plan to stimulate more referrals for their practice?”
